In celebration of its 5th anniversary, SpotOn, a leading provider of innovative pet containment solutions, is launching SpotOn Gives, a give-back program aimed at supporting organizations dedicated to enhancing the lives of animals in their communities. As part of this initiative, SpotOn Gives will award five $50,000 grants to non-profit animal welfare organizations in 2024.
So, if there’s a wonderful shelter or rescue in your area, make sure they apply!

About The Program
SpotOn Gives operates on the principle of enhancing pet safety through state-of-the-art technology. The program offers grants to eligible organizations, enabling them to implement SpotOn’s cutting-edge pet containment systems within their communities. These systems utilize GPS technology to create customizable boundaries, allowing pets to roam safely within designated areas.
The grants provided by SpotOn Gives cover the costs associated with acquiring and installing SpotOn containment systems. Additionally, recipients receive comprehensive training and support to ensure the effective implementation of the technology. This includes guidance on system setup, boundary mapping, and ongoing maintenance.

Grant Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a grant, organizations must actively support animal welfare activities such as rescue, rehabilitation, spaying/neutering, and adoption. Additionally, applicants must be non-profit/government entities recognized by the IRS, operational for at least three years, and located in the US. Preference will be given to organizations focusing on dog welfare.
How To Apply
Organizations that meet the grant criteria should submit a written grant application through the SpotOn Gives application. The applicant will be asked about various aspects of their organization, including:

Community Impact: Past involvement and how the grant will enhance it.
Grant Utilization: How the funds will directly benefit the organization and its mission.
Overcoming Challenges: Past challenges, solutions, and how the grant will help overcome future obstacles.
Case Study: A story showcasing the organization’s impact and how the grant will further its mission.

Following the initial application phase, finalists will be notified on May 17, 2024, and provided with requirements for submitting video applications. The deadline for video submissions is June 7, 2024, with winners set to be announced before June 30, 2024.

SpotOn’s 5 Years 5 Grants initiative represents a significant step towards supporting animal welfare organizations and improving the lives of animals across communities. Through this program, SpotOn continues its mission of creating a better life for dogs and promoting the well-being of all animals.
